Pastoral Company

Coryule Pastoral Company at Willowvale was started in 1977 and over the years has grown into a 1,780 hectare mixed farming operation.

Coryule is located about 55kms from Ballarat, near the small town of Skipton, in western Victoria's 600mm rainfall area.

We:
  • run a commercial merino flock
  • breed our own first cross ewes to produce 2000 trade weight prime lambs annually
  • run a Poll Hereford herd consisting of 120 breeders

The Merino Stud was founded in 2009 and the Poll Stud in 2012.
Currently we run 450 stud ewes.

We crop around 900 hectares annually to a high yielding mix of crops which includes canola, wheat, barley and beans mostly on two metre raised beds.

What Our Clients Are Saying

"Coryule have great sized rams with very clean and white wool. The wool fineness is very good at 18 average. Their rams body is very well shaped with a nice square frame.." - Caleb Morgan
